In your Counsellor Lead account:

  1. Click on the Students box 
  2. In the upper right, click the Download icon 
  3. An Excel document will download to your device
  4. In the Excel file:
    1. If needed, click Enable Editing (at the top)
    2. Navigate to the bottom right of the file
    3. Click the spreadsheet named 'All'  
    4. Find the column with students email addresses 
    5. To filter the column, click the arrow in the right corner 


In your Teacher account:

  1. Click Classes (left navigation menu)
  2. Click the Class for which you need students’ emails
  3. In the upper right, click the Download Excel icon 
  4. An Excel document will download to your device
  5. In the Excel file:
    1. If needed, click Enable Editing (at the top)
    2. Navigate to the bottom right of the file
    3. Click the spreadsheet named 'All
    4. Find the column with students email addresses 
    5. To filter the column, click the arrow in the right corner
